How Do I Cancel Agency AI? (And What Happens to My Campaigns)

Uninstall Agency AI from your Shopify admin. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Your campaigns keep running — they live in your own Meta and Google Ads accounts, not inside Agency AI.

What happens to your campaigns

Nothing is paused, deleted, or removed. Agency AI stops managing and optimizing them. They keep delivering exactly as they were. Creatives, audiences, ad history, and performance data all stay in your ad accounts, which you own.

If you want your ads to stop running, pause them directly in Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads.

How to cancel

1. Shopify admin → Settings → Apps and sales channels
2. Find Agency AI
3. Click Uninstall

Billing stops immediately. Because Agency AI bills through Shopify, you don't need to contact us to stop the charge.

Canceling during your free trial

Uninstall before day 30 and you are never charged.

Disconnecting without uninstalling

If you only want to stop Agency AI from touching one channel, go to Settings and click Disconnect Meta Account or Disconnect Google Ads Account. This removes the stored access tokens and Agency AI can no longer manage that channel. Your subscription continues.

Will I get a refund?

Charges are processed by Shopify on a 30-day cycle. If you believe you were billed in error, please email support@agencyai.app.

If you reinstall later

Reinstalling requires re-authorizing your Meta and Google connections. See Reconnecting Meta After Uninstalling and Reinstalling Agency AI. Your ad accounts and campaign history are unaffected.
