How to Track Ad Performance in Agency AI
The Campaigns page is your central hub for monitoring and managing your Meta ad performance. Here's how to get the most out of it.
Navigating the Campaigns Page
The Campaigns page has three tabs: Campaigns, Ad Sets, and Ads. Each tab shows performance data for that level of your ad account. Switch between them to drill into the metrics that matter most.
Tracking Performance
All performance data syncs automatically from your Meta ad account. Use the date filter in the top right corner to view metrics for any time period (Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, etc.). Hit Refresh to pull the latest data on demand.
Key metrics available at each level include Budget, Cost, Revenue, ROAS, and CPM. Click any column header to sort your data and quickly identify your best and worst performers.
Managing Campaigns
You can make changes directly from the Campaigns page without leaving Agency AI:
- Budgets - Edit daily budgets at the campaign level. Changes sync to your Meta ad account in real time.
- Status - Toggle any campaign, ad set, or ad between Active and Paused. We recommend keeping only Agency-managed campaigns Active to avoid overlap and ensure optimal results (excluding promoted posts).
- Names - Update campaign, ad set, or ad names directly from the table.
Bringing Existing Campaigns or Ad Sets into Agency AI
If you have campaigns or ad sets you created outside of Agency AI that you'd like to manage here, simply add "Agency" to the title of the campaign and/or ad set on the campaigns page. They'll then appear as selectable options when creating new ad sets or ads in Agency AI.
Tips for Best Results
Keep your Brand page updated. Agency AI uses your brand info to generate ad copy and creative, so accurate details lead to better-performing ads.
Check the Dashboard page regularly for optimization recommendations. Agency AI monitors all active ads and surfaces suggestions to improve performance.
