Meet Your AI Strategist

Overview

The AI Strategist is your on-demand marketing strategist inside Agency AI — like having a CMO available 24/7. Ask it what to scale, where budget is leaking, or which creative to test next, and it answers with a plan built from your real campaign data.

How to Access It

There are two ways in:

From the Shopify app: click the Advanced Dashboard button to open the full Agency AI dashboard, then select AI Strategist in the sidebar.
Directly: log in at dashboard.agencyai.app and select AI Strategist in the sidebar.

You can also ask quick questions from the AI Strategist module at the top of the Home, Manage Ads, and Performance pages.

What You Can Ask

The AI Strategist reads your live account data and answers with specifics, not generic advice. It can:

Build macro and micro strategy — from your overall scaling plan down to individual campaign and ad set moves
Advise budget shifts — where to move spend, what to scale, and what wasted spend to cut
Pull your top performers — best campaigns, ad sets, ads, and creatives by the metrics that matter
Answer data queries — any question about your performance, ROAS, spend, or trends across Meta and Google
Guide channel expansion — advice on growing beyond your current ad channels

Example questions:

Your Chat History

Every conversation with your AI Strategist is saved, so you can pick up where you left off. Open the AI Strategist page and access your chat history to revisit past strategy sessions, recommendations, and answers — useful for tracking what was advised and comparing it against what you shipped.

Tips for Best Results

Keep your Brand Info current. The Strategist factors in your brand, KPIs, and target customer when building recommendations.

Be specific. "Which of my Meta campaigns should get more budget this week?" gets a sharper answer than "how are my ads doing?"

Pair it with Growth Plays. The Strategist answers your questions on demand; the Growth Plays page surfaces recommendations proactively. Use both together.
