Meet Your AI Strategist

Quick answer

The AI Strategist is your AI CMO inside Agency AI. Ask for a plan, then say go. It reads your live store and ad data, tells you what to scale, cut or test, and in the AI Dashboard it carries out launches, pauses and budget moves once you approve them. It's on the home page of the Shopify app and on its own page in the AI Dashboard.

Where to find it

Shopify app: the module on the Home page, below your stats and above Ad Performance Recommendations. Available to every install, including brand-new ones.
AI Dashboard: click AI Dashboard in the app (or go to dashboard.agencyai.app), then AI Strategist in the sidebar for the full page, or use the module at the top of Home, Manage Ads and Performance for quick questions.

What it does

Answers with your numbers. Performance across Meta and Google, store revenue and orders from Shopify, MER, blended and new-customer ROAS. "What is my best performing ad?" gets an ad name and a figure, not a lecture.

Plans. Scaling plans, budget shifts, creative iteration targets, what to change to lower cost per purchase. Recommendations reference your break-even and target ROAS from Brand Info.

Acts, on your approval. In the AI Dashboard the Strategist can create ads, launch campaigns, pause what's wasting spend and move budget. It lays out the change, you confirm, it runs. Nothing changes in your ad accounts without your yes. In the Shopify app the Strategist plans and answers today; actions are coming to the app.

While it works

Longer answers show what's happening: connecting to the ad platform, pulling campaign data, computing blended ROAS, cross-checking Shopify revenue, writing the answer. A blank pause of a few seconds on a big date range is normal.

Your chat history

Every conversation is saved. Open the AI Strategist page in the AI Dashboard to revisit past sessions, which is useful for checking what was advised against what you shipped.

Tips

Keep Brand Info current. The Strategist uses your brand, KPIs, break-even ROAS and target customer in every recommendation.
Be specific. "Which Meta campaigns should get more budget this week?" beats "how are my ads doing?"
Pair it with Growth Plays. Growth Plays surfaces recommendations proactively; the Strategist answers what you ask and executes.
