Connect Agency AI to Claude MCP

The Agency AI connector turns Claude into an on-demand analyst and strategist for your ad accounts. Once connected, Claude can read your live Meta and Google campaign data through Agency AI and answer questions in plain English. Find your top creatives, check click-through rates, audit wasted spend, or plan your next move.

What you'll need

  • An Agency AI account with the Shopify app installed and your ad accounts connected
  • A paid Claude plan (connectors are not available on Claude's free plan)

Setup (takes about 1 minute)

Agency AI is an approved connector in Claude's directory, so there's nothing to configure — just find it and sign in.

  1. Open Claude on the web or desktop app.
  2. Click the + button in the message box, then click Connectors.
  3. Click Browse connectors and search for Agency AI.
  4. Click Connect.
  5. When prompted, sign in with your Agency AI account and approve access.
  6. Back in the Connectors menu, make sure the Agency AI toggle is on. You're set.

Copy any of these into a chat and adjust for your account.

Performance snapshot

  • "How did my ads perform over the last 30 days? Break it down by platform."
  • "Compare my Meta and Google results this month. Where is my money working harder?"

Find your top creative

  • "Which ads are my top performers this month? Rank them by ROAS."
  • "Show my top 5 ads by click-through rate and tell me what they have in common."

Click-through rate and funnel metrics

  • "What is my average CTR by campaign? Flag anything below my account average."
  • "Where am I getting clicks that don't convert?"

Account audit

  • "Audit my ad account. Where am I wasting spend and what should I fix first?"
  • "Any unusual spikes or drops in spend or ROAS in the last 30 days?"

Use it as a strategist

  • "Act as my media buyer. Based on my last 90 days, where should my next $1,000 in ad spend go?"

Tips for better answers

  • Name a date range. "Last 14 days" gets sharper answers than "recently."
  • Specify the platform if you only want Meta or Google.
  • Ask follow-ups. Claude keeps context, so you can dig into any number it gives you.

Good to know

The connector is read-only. Claude can analyze your data and recommend moves, but it cannot launch, edit, or pause campaigns. All changes happen in your Agency AI dashboard.

The connector only sees your Agency AI account data, and only after you sign in and approve access.

Troubleshooting

  • Agency AI not showing in the list: reopen the + menu, click Connectors, and check the toggle is on. If you haven't connected yet, use Browse connectors and search for Agency AI.
  • Claude says it can't access your data: go to Manage connectors and reconnect your Agency AI account.
