What's included

  • Meta and Google connections managed from the console.

Not included: the Shopify app, Shopify store data (revenue, orders, MER), Create Ad and Manage Ads pages, Growth Plays, Brand Info, Genie. Those come with the Shopify app.

Signing up

  1. Go to dashboard.agencyai.app/signup. Enter your email and choose a password.
  2. Pick monthly or annual. Annual is preselected.
  3. Enter your card on the Stripe checkout. You won't be charged until day 15.
  4. You land in your MCP console. Connect Meta and Google under Connections, then follow MCP setup for Claude or ChatGPT.

Founder pricing

$9/month and $79/year is founder pricing. It's locked for life as long as you stay subscribed. If you cancel and come back later, you'll pay whatever the plan costs then.

Billing

Billing runs through Stripe, not Shopify. Open Billing in the console to see your plan, update your card, switch between monthly and annual, download invoices, or cancel. Prices are in USD; tax is added where required.

Cancelling

Console → Billing → Manage billing → Cancel plan. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Cancelling during the trial means you're never charged. Your ad accounts aren't touched; campaigns keep running. To delete your Agency AI account entirely, use Account → Close account.

Signing in later

dashboard.agencyai.app/sign-in, email and password. MCP plan accounts land in the console.

FAQ

Can I use it with both Claude and ChatGPT? Yes, one subscription covers both.

Do I need a paid Claude or ChatGPT plan? Claude: no, Agency AI is in the connector directory on all plans. ChatGPT: custom connectors are available on Business, Enterprise and Edu workspaces.

Can I connect more than one ad account? One Meta ad account and one Google Ads account per Agency AI account. You can switch which account is selected at any time.

I have a Shopify store. Should I still take the MCP plan? No. Install the Shopify app; the connector is included and you also get store data, Create Ad, Growth Plays and the AI Strategist.
