What's included

The Agency AI connector for Claude and ChatGPT. Ask about your Meta and Google results: spend, ROAS, pacing and anything unusual. Then act on them from the chat:
- Duplicate an existing Meta ad into a new or existing campaign or ad set.
- Pause or resume campaigns, ad sets, asset groups and ads, up to 25 campaigns at a time.
- Change daily budgets and names, and target ROAS on Google campaigns.
Claude and ChatGPT show you each change and ask you to confirm before it runs (scheduled tasks run without asking). Changes are live in your ad account. Full list: What the Agency AI connector can do.

The connector can't create Google campaigns, edit an existing ad's copy or creative, generate images, or use an image you attach in the chat.

Not included: the Shopify app, your store's sales data (revenue, orders, MER), Create Ad, Manage ads, Growth Plays, Brand Info, Genie and the AI Strategist. Those come with the Shopify app.

Signing up

Go to dashboard.agencyai.app/signup. Enter your email, type the 6-digit code we email you, and set a password.
Pick monthly or yearly and click Start free trial. Enter your card on Stripe's checkout. You won't be charged until day 15.
In your MCP console, connect Meta, Google or both under Connections.
Open MCP setup and follow the steps for Claude or ChatGPT.

Connect Claude or ChatGPT

Claude: Agency AI is in Claude's connector directory. Search for "Agency AI" under Browse connectors and click Connect. Steps: Connect Agency AI to Claude.

ChatGPT: Agency AI isn't in the ChatGPT app directory yet. Add it as a custom connector with the server address https://s.agencyai.app/mcp and sign in. ChatGPT needs a Business, Enterprise or Edu workspace for custom connectors. Steps: Using the Agency AI Connector in ChatGPT.

Founder pricing

$9/month and $79/year is founder pricing. It stays locked for as long as you stay subscribed. If you cancel and come back later, you pay the price at that time.

Billing

Billing runs through Stripe, not Shopify, in USD. Open Billing in the console to see your plan and switch between monthly and yearly. Manage billing opens Stripe's billing portal, where you update your card or cancel.

Cancelling

Open Billing > Manage billing and cancel in Stripe's portal. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Cancel during the trial and you're never charged. Your ad accounts aren't touched; campaigns keep running.

To delete your Agency AI account, open Account > Close account. That cancels your plan and drops your connections too.

Signing in later

Sign in at dashboard.agencyai.app/sign-in with your email and password. Your MCP console has five pages: Connections, MCP setup, Dashboard (your Analytics Dashboard), Billing and Account.

FAQ

Can I use it with both Claude and ChatGPT? Yes, one subscription covers both.

Do I need a paid Claude or ChatGPT plan? Claude: no specific plan is required; Agency AI is in Claude's connector directory. ChatGPT: custom connectors need a Business, Enterprise or Edu workspace.

Can I connect more than one ad account? One Meta ad account and one Google Ads account per Agency AI account.

I have a Shopify store. Should I take the MCP plan? No. Install the Shopify app. The connector is included, and you also get your store's sales data, Create Ad, Growth Plays and the AI Strategist.
