How to Create an Agency AI Account

Overview

There are two ways to create an Agency AI account. Most merchants sign up automatically by installing the Shopify app — no separate registration needed. You can also create an account directly on agencyai.app and link your Shopify store afterward.

Option 1: Install the Shopify App (Recommended)

Your account is created automatically when you install Agency AI from the Shopify App Store.

Go to the Agency AI listing in the Shopify App Store and click Install.
Approve the installation from your Shopify admin.
That's it — your Agency AI account is created and linked to your store automatically. Follow the in-app onboarding to connect your Meta and Google ad accounts.

No email registration or password setup required. You access Agency AI through your Shopify admin, and the Advanced Dashboard through the Advanced Dashboard button inside the app.

If you'd rather start from our website:

Go to agencyai.app and click the Dashboard button, or head straight to dashboard.agencyai.app/sign-in.
Create a new account on the sign-in page. You'll need a Shopify account — Agency AI requires a linked Shopify store for access.
Once you're in, link your Shopify store when prompted.
Connect your Meta and Google ad accounts to start creating and managing ads.

Either path gets you to the same place — one account, accessible from both the Shopify app and the dashboard at dashboard.agencyai.app.

An active Shopify store (any plan)
Admin access to install apps on your store
A Meta and/or Google ad account to connect for ad management

FAQs

Do I need a separate login for the dashboard? No. If you installed via Shopify, use the Advanced Dashboard button in the app to access the full dashboard. If you signed up on agencyai.app, use the same credentials at dashboard.agencyai.app.

Can I use Agency AI without a Shopify store? Agency AI is built for Shopify merchants. A Shopify store is required to use the platform.
