How to Create an Agency AI Account

Quick answer

Three ways in. Shopify merchants: install the app from the Shopify App Store and your account is created automatically, no registration. Already installed and want the web dashboard: sign in with Shopify at dashboard.agencyai.app. No Shopify store: sign up for the MCP plan with an email and password.

  1. Open the Agency AI listing in the Shopify App Store and click Install.
  2. Approve the installation in your Shopify admin.
  3. Your account is created and linked to your store. Follow the in-app onboarding to connect Meta (required) and Google (optional), and complete the brand questionnaire.

No email registration, no password. Open Agency AI from your Shopify admin under Apps. The AI Dashboard button inside the app opens the full web dashboard with the same account.

Option 2: sign in on the web with Shopify

Go to dashboard.agencyai.app/sign-in and choose Continue with Shopify. Enter your store domain. If Agency AI is installed on that store, you land in the AI Dashboard; if not, Shopify walks you through installing it. Same account either way.

Option 3: MCP plan (no Shopify store)

For advertisers who want the Agency AI connector in Claude or ChatGPT without a Shopify store.

  1. Go to dashboard.agencyai.app/signup.
  2. Enter your email and choose a password, pick monthly or annual, add a card. 14-day free trial, $9/month or $79/year after.
  3. You land in your MCP console. Connect Meta and Google, then set up Claude or ChatGPT.

Do I need a separate login for the AI Dashboard? No. From the Shopify app, click AI Dashboard. From a browser, sign in with Shopify. MCP plan accounts use email and password and land in the console.

Can I use Agency AI without a Shopify store? Yes, on the MCP plan. You get the connector for Claude and ChatGPT and an Analytics Dashboard. Create Ad, Manage Ads, Growth Plays, Brand Info and store data require the Shopify app.

Does creating an account start billing? Shopify app: no card, 30-day trial, billed through Shopify after. MCP plan: card at signup, 14-day trial, billed through Stripe after. See Pricing.
