Your MCP console: Connections, MCP setup, Dashboard, Billing, Account

Quick answer

The MCP console is the home for MCP plan accounts at dashboard.agencyai.app/console. It has five pages: Connections, MCP setup, Dashboard, Billing and Account, plus a Light and Dark theme switch.

Connections

Connect one or both ad accounts here, then ask questions and launch ads from Claude or ChatGPT. Each platform shows whether it's connected.

If a connection doesn't go through, the console says why:

That Meta account needs admin access. Ask the account admin to connect it, or pick an account you administer. Google Ads shows the same message.
The connection expired. Sign in again to renew it.
The connection did not finish. Try it again.

MCP setup

Steps for each assistant, with the server address.

Claude: open Settings > Connectors > Browse connectors, search for "Agency AI", click Connect and sign in with your console account. Full guide: Connect Agency AI to Claude.
ChatGPT: open Plugins, click +, choose Add custom MCP server, name it Agency AI and paste https://s.agencyai.app/mcp. Choose OAuth, create it as a plugin and sign in. Full guide: Using the Agency AI connector in ChatGPT.

Below the steps, Connected apps lists every assistant you've connected, with when it was added and last used. Revoke an app's access from the same list.

Dashboard

The Analytics Dashboard shows Meta, Google and blended performance: the same numbers Claude and ChatGPT answer from.

All numbers come from Meta and Google. The MCP plan has no store data, so revenue here is what the ad platforms report, not your store's sales. On why those differ, see Why your numbers don't match.

A card reads Not connected or Not reported for this date range when there's nothing to show. If your plan isn't active, the page shows Subscription inactive with Go to billing.

Billing

One plan, two ways to pay: monthly or yearly. Choose one with Start free trial, or move to the other with Switch to this plan. Manage billing opens Stripe's billing portal, where you update your card or cancel. Payment is handled by Stripe, and your card details never touch Agency AI.

The page shows where you stand: when your trial ends and the first charge lands, when your plan renews, or a failed payment that needs a new card to keep the connectors running. Prices and trial: The Agency AI MCP plan.

Account

Email: one email signs you in and gets your receipts. Change email to update it. The next sign-in uses the new one.
Password: Change password.
Close account: cancels your plan, drops your connections and deletes your account. It doesn't touch your Meta or Google ad accounts.
